This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through oak-coast.com.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to customers within Australia.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time within Australia:
7–12 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, seasonal demand, service disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Any shipping fees paid are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided via email after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact info@oak-coast.com.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors such as:

- Weather conditions or natural events
- High seasonal demand
- Address verification or delivery access issues
If your delivery is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking updates first. If you need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact info@oak-coast.com with your order number and any relevant details (including photos for damage).
We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
